The short answer is YES. My overlanding origin story starts with a moderately-built 4Runner pulling a Turtleback adventure trailer. Try hoisting a 65 lb Doberman up a rooftop tent ladder in the rain. Ugh. Next came a 4WD Sportsmobile Mercedes Sprinter. Who wouldn't want to shower in a small closet hovered over a toilet? My current fav rig is a Jeep Gladiator with an Alu-Cab Canopy Camper.
